An expansive and uplifting breath work experience for ALL, (must be16yrs+) Join Alison in a deeply healing and transformative session to Expand your capacity for self-love, self-awareness, compassion, healing and deep relaxation.
This group experience is an invitation to find your centre, to simply just be and to breathe more deeply and consciously.
You may experience laughing, shouting, and crying to release tension.
You don't need any breathwork experience.
*This will be a 60-minute session.
Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask (if you have if not perhaps a scarf).
Group breathing exercises create a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and strengthens interpersonal bonds.
This shared practice not only nurtures individual development but also cultivates deeper connections among participants, fostering a sense of community and belonging to truly live an Enriched life.
Breath, we breath repeatedly daily, yet so many of us have disconnected from our own breath.
It is a safe and ancient practice.

Hi I’m Alison
My mission is to support women to live an Enriched life with Has been a well-being Practitioner since 1996, working with women all over the world, in person and over the last 8 years, online.
Her clients have varied from Executives, CEOs, Professional Sportspersons, housewives and women who are in financial difficulties seeking the support they need to optimize their health, healing and well-being through Breath, Somatic Healing, Functional medicine and integrative Health coaching.
What happens in a group session?
…. each participant will have their own, very unique experience during a session.
Before the session begins, you will be invited by Alison to set an intention, and you will be guided through a powerful, and life-changing experience.
Please bring a comfortable mat to lay on, a small pillow, a blanket, and an eye pillow/ mask or scarf.
The energy of the group takes people on a deep, healing journey that will create permanent shifts.

during a group or private breath session.
Alison is a Trauma informed and Somatic practitioner, ensuring your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing during session.

This Breath Work session is not for you If you are pregnant, taking anti-coagulant drugs, have a severe bleeding disorder (haemophilia), a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, have a heart condition, diabetes, circulatory problems, blood clots, cancer/malignancies, bone disorders, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery, metal implants or a pacemaker, please share this information with me prior to attending the class (send an email to alison@alisonstockton.com).
Breathwork is also not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using intense medications. Alison is a Functional medicine Practitioner and if you are experiencing these issues it is advised that one to one sessions would be adviseable following a full consultation.
It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Persons with asthma should always carry their inhaler, if you suffer with COPD or POTS please consult with your GP first and email alison@alisonstockton.com to inform.
