A healthy balanced nervous system is so important for overall well-being, emotional wellness, relational wellness, hormonal health, brain function and navigating an enriched life.

THERE ARE SEVERAL NERVOUS SYSTEMS WITHIN YOUR BODY, the ANS, PNS, Sympathetic, parasympathetic, peripheral, Vagus, Enteric and all activation of the nervous systems signal hormone receptors and organ responses as well as emotions, heart rate and brain function.

So the health of our nervous system has been intensively researched over the last hundred years with the development of neuroscience, polyvagal theory, psychology and psychiatry and functional medicine.

Nervous System & Mindfulness with Alison Stockton

Alison Stockton Is a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Integrative Health Coach, Trauma-informed Coach, Somatic EMDR and nervous system practitioner, Mental Health and ACES certified, Polyvagal aware, Eating Psychology Coach, Diploma in Pilates and rehabilitation exercise prescription, Optimal Nutritionist, Energy Clearing practitioner and Breathwork coach and just completed her second year of her Psychology and Counselling degree.

Alison works solely with female clients.

With 29 years in the industry she specialises in supporting women to heal their bodies unblocking limiting beliefs, worthy wounds, chronic illness and to achieve living an enriched life.

Alison’s talk will be focused on the nervous system, emotions and mindfulness. We are delighted that Alison is holding our first wellbeing session in The Highbrow Collective.

We are opening up 20 spaces for this session, so make sure you book your space quickly!

Alison will be supporting you with recognising patterns and triggers that activate your nervous system and emotions and how these may have affected your present health and well-being and tools to support you in the future to harness a healthier nervous system and life.
